Dress and Attire

Aberdeen Dress Code
Students and their parents are expected to support a learning environment where attire is appropriate
and not distracting or offensive to others. Articles of clothing which promote alcohol, drugs,
inappropriate languages or images, or discrimination of any form, are unacceptable. Intermediate
students are required to wear gym strip. All students are expected to have non-marking gym shoes for
PE.
All students are expected to be outside at breaks and therefore should be properly dressed for the
weather on any given day in the school year.
In Winter, children and adults take boots off at the door, to avoid water on the floor. The floors are very
slippery when wet.
